This was my introduction to architecture allowed me to explore not only the design process but also the concept of the built environment and its interconnectedness with all things.

This project observes the systems in nature and our interactions with them through built spaces. Following a thorough study of natural phenomena, I delved into the system of tree growth and its dependence on light and subsequent creation of shadows. Building on this relationship, I created an intervention that mimics those shadows, interrupting nature's access to light.

The resulting pavilion responds to user interactions, shifting and changing like a tree branch swaying in the wind. It creates a human-scale experience that mirrors the dynamic interplay between sunlight and shadow projection.
