This project was developed in collaboration with Albina Vision Trust, whose mission is to “intentionally connect place, wealth, joy, and culture, transforming what we build, how we build, and who we build it for."

The project redevelops a former parking lot in Portland's Lloyd district. Similar to Albina Vision Trust's mission, this project aims to create a thriving artist community where creatives can live, work, and showcase their art for sale. At its core is a communal workshop and gallery, surrounded by two-story townhomes with gallery storefronts on the ground level that serve as both workspaces and art studios.
